I'm on a fixed income and I called to check on to see if I could get some help with the price on my storage unit because it keeps on increasing. And I had the pleasure of talking to the nicest person to manage the Public Storage at Oporto Madrid location. Miss Queen is Queen she helped me with the price increase so I can have time to get a small unit to put my belongings in. Thanks again Miss Queen.
