I love Sergey's shop. I have some rare Russian watches and can get them repaired quickly and at great prices. Worth the visit always!

I went to have links taken out of my watch. The owner threw my watch on the counter each time he brought it to me to try on.Threw the receipt on the counter.Threw the pieces of link that was removed on the counter.I paid for the service. Will never go back and will not refer anyone.Act like I had a contagious disease.I am a black woman.I was clean and decently dressed.I felt like it was the 1800’s or 1900’s in the watch shop.I should have taken my business elsewhere ,when he returned the first time after adjusting the link.We had no word exchange between us ,except I told I wanted links removed from my watch. And he said I need to try it on.

Left three fossil watches for repair. They did not give me a receipt and I waited three weeks for a call, which never came. When I went to the shop, they did not remember the watches and he said he would call me. Of course, I never got a call back. Horrible service!

Visited this shop to see about having a watch repaired [older vintage Tag F1]. Watch ran nicely in the past, I had changed out the hands & couldn't get it running again. I've been a watch guy for years & have tool kits & often fix / swap out parts on my watches myself. Had gotten frustrated messing with this one so figured I'd let someone else try. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that it was closer to the end of the day, however I found him to be very rude & the quote he gave me for the repair was ridiculous. While taking a look at my watch, he tore up the ziploc jewelry pouch I had it stored in, which I found to be very frustrating b/c it was perfect size to keep the watch in till I had it was running again, & those bags aren't easy to find. I declined repair service b/c of the quoted price. He was willing to accept an offer I made for an old dive watch he had in the showcase, which I purchased spur of the moment bc I can't stand not wearing a watch & needing something to hold me over. Genuine watch repair shops that aren't big box jewelers are few & far between so i'll give him credit for that as well, but overall the service was not good enough that I would likely return.

Over price and poor customer service. $45 for 3 watch batteries and $85 for a rechargeable battery. Never will I use them again.

I called ahead to ask if that sold just the battery, he said yes. When I arrived at store no one was out front. I waited 10m , I finally called out is anyone here. Older gentleman came out I told him I wanted to buy a battery for my watch , he said $15, I asked is this for the battery, he said no to replace battery, I said I just want to buy the battery, he screamed at me$ 15.00 to replace. I left the store. False advertisement he said he sold batteries when I called. Do not use this store.

I make it a point to support local small business. This place is a rare treasure. Sergey has maintained my favorite watch for several years. Polite, professional, and very pleasant. He usually has my watch repaired before I get home. Highly recommend.

Super nice fella , had a watch that I had installed a new domed crown and needed new hands installed , showed him what need to be done ,and was able to install the new hands for me ,I admit I tried but was not successful . So that being said a battery is not going to be to high in cost but getting new hands put on or new crown and stem or trying to find out why you're automatic or your quartz battery driven watch has got a problem cost will be different he can be slightly hard to understand but if paying attention will not be too difficult I did pay him $50 to get these new hands installed which I felt was reasonable and that's what I offered him he actually offered to do it for less but I gave him the extra money, all in all I'm happy with his work. If you look at the two pictures there are a set of hands that are more narrow and then the new hands are what they call aviation style pilot hands which are wider and look better on this watch.

The best watch repair in the city. He has repaired my Rolex's , Invicta's & a RIP Curl. He is very reasonable & repairs items in a timely fashion. Sergey's is the best.

He does excellent work. At this time, he seems a little overwhelmed.

I deal with Sergey alot to replace batteries or resize my Invicta watch collection. Most watch repair places won't touch Invicta

Stopped by here a week ago to date. I found this place on google noticed it had good reviews and called them! The older man was very nice and professional over the phone and assured that he could make the necessary repairs needed to my son's watch. We arrived and he took the watch fitted it to my son 1st then took out the links and adjusted the watch to fit my son's wrist size. The cost for the repair was very reasonable, and only took about 10 minutes. I would definitely comeback for other repairs if we need more in the near future!!

Took a very expensive swiss automatic timepiece here to have a simple Nato strap swap done, as I had lost my spring bar tool. Amazingly (in a bad way) his front counter is tiled with large grout lines that are obviously not meant to touch fine jewelry due to risk of scratches. Of course, this place being terrible, the owner/operator proceeded to slide my $5000+ watch across his tiled counter. After having a slight panic attack and giving him a piece of my mind, I left. I'll never return or recommend this chop shop to anyone, ever!
