Alex and Danny were super friendly, got me right in, and were clearly very knowledgeable. While they patched my tire, they even took the time to explain in detail how the patch works. I've never had a shop do that! Even with that great explanation, I was still out the door in less than 15 minutes.
The best part? When I went to pay, they said it was on the house as a goodwill gesture. I was blown away. What a perfect example of true Southern Hospitality! Honest, kind, and fast.

“I have only used Jim & Jim's Body Shop once at the recommendation of a former co-worker. I went there after calling because my driver side mirror was broken off. Instead of paying lots of money to have it replaced, they simply glued it back on. This didn't last very long unfortunately, but longer than having duct tape on my car. I eventually had to have the whole mirror replaced, but overall I was pleased with the work they did.
I didn't find the business rude by any means. They were a courteous staff, and got to work on my car as quickly as they could. I'm soon to have future body work needed on my car due to a car accident, and I'm considering using Jim & Jim's again because they are close to home, and I had a pleasurable experience during my last visit.”

They not only diagnosed the problem, but also fixed it!!!
I’m so grateful of the work they did, I would rate on a scale of 1-10, a perfect 10 for everything that they did, as well as a 10 on their employees and how experienced they were as well.

We flew to Atlanta Georgia from TX to pick up a truck and drive it home. On the way home it over heated. The tow company we used recommended J&S Fleet Services to us. They have been nothing but absolutely amazing. They diagnosed the problem same day, had parts ordered & have been in constant communication with us every step of the way! They were even so kind as to recommended a near by hotel & give us a ride there since we were now with out transportation.
The only complaint we have is that they are so far away from us because we would love to use them in the future!
