I walked in today and stood there for a long time and not one associate came out of the back to help me. Absolutely pitiful service. I'll buy my money orders somewhere else even cheaper. No wonder they're always loosing money!

It's a ok store but does need a label maker so that I can ship my items from ebay through this store there is no other usps stores around and cant make the labels for usps at any other store

This post office is much much much better than the Birmingham Carrier Facility Downtown. They need to let the staff from this office help those running the larger distribution downtown. Always kind and helpful at this location. They actually make personal calls to ensure complaints are handled and fixed even when they weren't the staff directly responsible for the issues to begin with. I will continue to use this location for business.

For the most part they are ok. But they have a habit of screwing up and sending packages back to the Birmingham distribution hub after they receive it. Which causes delays in receiving things in the mail.

This office frequently closes early without notification of valid reason.
…. Might as well update this review as I wait in lobby 13 minutes past supposed opening time. At least the third time this has happened.

This is the second package they have lost. Their residence delivery drivers can't read well and have been delivering my packages to the wrong address. These packages once lost are unrecoverable. Their website is setup to where you cannot and will not be able to complete an inquiry about your so called "delivered packages." Good luck going into your local branch. These people are just as helpful as the blind guides who deliver the packages. Come to grips with this folks. We are stuck with incompetence all the way round and there is nothing you can do about it. Merry Christmas (if you get your packages)!

No frills post office, went in to mail a FB order and the lady at the desk didn’t say a word to me. Instead she just kept talking to another customer. In and out in less than 60 seconds though, can’t say you can beat that! Support the U.S. Postal Service!!! Bring back snail mail ❤️

This is the worst post office ever, unless you like to be bullied. Staff is awful and if you are a minority be prepared to be treated like a delinquent and not even been able to get a $5 money order without been asked to fill up a form and show your ssn and ID. The most ridiculous thing ever.

This post office does NOT open on time, or at least it didn't today. The posted time on the internet and on the door says the post office opens at 8:30, but I waited outside, listening to voices and people tossing packages and mail around inside, for close to thirty minutes before I had to return to work without having my package delivered. I will have to go after work now, and I will NOT use this post office. I do not care if a business doesn't open until 9:00 or whatever time. What I despise is telling everyone a posted time that the business opens and then NOT HONORING that posted time. It isn't something that is common knowledge either. NINE OR TEN people came in and tried to use the post office while I was there. We rang the bell, knocked on the door, called the posted number, and there was no response to any of the attempts to contact anyone. I would have been much less angry if someone had come to the door and just SAID, "I am sorry, we don't actually open until ____." The fact that they wasted my time and my gas is inexcusable.

We never know if we will have mail delivered or not. We are the last delivery on the route. We have had no mail delivery 2 days this week. Sent message to supervisor ..no answer.
