“Hands down the best pharmacy in Mobile County. People are often afraid that an independent pharmacy can't offer the same services as a major chain, but the opposite is true. They went above and beyond for my mother and me during her journey with Dementia. I've found prices are often lower than nationally known pharmacies, even when using insurance. Their service is SO much more personable and tailored to a person's needs than a large chain store can offer. I've been with Bayou Pharmacy for decades, and fully trust them for my family's prescription needs.”

“Made my daughter’s 1st bday cake/smash cake. Her party was bow theme and I had asked if they could put little bows on it to match her theme and they did awesome on it! I’m a struggling single mom which sucks to admit, I was worried about finding a good cake and smash cake in my price range but the cake was $25 and included a free smash cake since it was her 1st birthday. I was very impressed with the cakes especially being how cheap and delicious they were. I will always recommend Publix cakes now, plus my daughter definitely approved of her smash cake?❤️”

“I followed the Pharmacist to Three Notch Pharmacy. They offer a 100% free service that most pharmacies don’t even offer for a fee. My doctor could write me any combo of pills, and they could pill pack all thirteen meds/doses into 13 month long sheets with a “poppable” seal you can take them out of. They even prepare mine with bands with a large sharpie label saying AM or PM.

Here’s the thing. I have SEVERE issues with keeping up with my meds and my husband makes too many errors too. If you want to engage big brain skills…keep a sharpie next to your sheets and write the date next to it.

This is great for forgetful people. The staff are super patient and you can tell they take their roles seriously as an extension of the pharmacist’s care.

Do you really want to support a chain pbm pharmacy like cvs or Walgreens? They are a cancer on their employees and their patients. They have quotas and expired medicines to worry about. I’m serious go jump on YouTube and look up your current chain pharmacy and you will be disgusted.

Support your locally owned pharmacies. They don’t have made up nonsense policies like the others. Their priority is getting you your medicines quickly and safely.”

“This is quite literally the best pharmacy I've ever been too. I used to only go to the big named ones but over the last few years had so much trouble getting my prescriptions filled. Every time I use Grand Bay it's quick and easy. I'm never in there for long and they are always kind. I'm the type to call a lot because I am terrible about remembering refill dates since all my prescriptions have to be sent in individually. They don't see me as a hassle and are always eager to help!”

“I highly recommend Dawes Pointe Pharmacy! My son had just had surgery a day prior and none of the Walgreens close by had the medication he needed. I called and asked if they had it and they did. They were extremely helpful, nice, and quick in getting his prescription filled!”

“Beverly in the pharmacy is wonderful. I usually pick up my migraine medication at another CVS location but was close by the Grand Bay store today and was out of my medication. I went inside and asked if they could fill it due to a bad headache. I was expecting them to say it would be a few hours or even that they couldn’t but Beverly had it filled in less than 5 minutes and was super friendly about it.
Also, as I was leaving the lady at the front took the time to speak to me and it was just a pleasant experience all together.”

“I frequent this store a lot and I went in here yesterday about 6pm and the lady that was working was exceptionally nice and had fantastic customer service. She rang me up at the photo center but she was attentive to the customers and had a very friendly demeanor about her. There was even a customer that was very rude and difficult but the Walgreens worker was very patient and kind. They need to get more people like her in this store.”

“Every time I go to this location Tracey is always very helpful and polite. Which is why I like this location. But there is a long line for the pharmacy drive through and seems to be slow. But I have experience that at other locations as well.”

“Unknown superstar pharmacy associate took the unscheduled conference call with me medicare and her to try and understand why for three weeks the new libre 3 plus was denied everytime. She took it with great professionalism and tone
Read the denial to medicare and myself .
Of course medicare read back all the nonsense qualifications and your superstar listened
Then without my knowledge she followed up with me and explained im detail what the doctor needed to submit.
Not done.
She helped me with some kind of magic purchase the sensor explaining i fid not need the new reader my cell phone will do it.
I am a Regional manager for 3 states and without the sensor last 3 weeks i jad no alarm for the sugar crashing. I wake up in the hotel soaking wet and eat candy. I am blessed so much by her. I will apply this sensor tonight and thank my lord Jesus Christ”

“I'd like to take a minute and get a huge shout out to this Walgreens location every single person that works there from the pharmacy department to the main. Walgreens department was absolutely amazing accommodating polite, extremely helpful. I was in a bind with the prescription situation the head pharmacist was so beautiful and amazing beautiful person, the other pharmacist and pharmacist text were also extremely polite and helpful and understanding. Due to the system of nature of my type of prescription needs it's somewhat can be viewed as it has in the past when I've been in a pinch and need to go to a pharmacist I don't use regularly, it's not looked at in a way that is combating that has a lot to do with society and taboo and peoples misunderstanding of things. But there was none of that there. If anything they went above me on help me make sure I got what I need. I greatly appreciate it then on the main Walgreens floor all of the folks were great from the Hallmark lady that was there working on behalf of Hallmark and stocking cards. She was so amazing a beautiful Little thing just cutest can be so helpful and out of her way to help me with what I needed and she didn't even necessarily work for Walgreens. To the cashier who I've dealt with a few times and she is always such a lovely person. To RJ working out on the floor Getting everything done right stocking things helping me with getting into the restroom. Just a super cool, nice polite guy. This guy is a manager he definitely needs to be looked at one for potential and definitely get MRA get all these people raise. Everybody needs to be paid more. They all go above and beyond they're working for this giant corporation, they all need to get a raise because you want to keep your people when you have good people and shoppers appreciate that sort of thing and definitely get these folks some more money. They deserve it. Thanks again everyone have a beautiful day and definitely come to Walgreens if you're in the area and are inof their services.”

“After leaving the doctor’s office with my sore, sneezing child, I thought the hard part was over. Unfortunately, I received a call from Three Notch Pharmacy letting me know the one-day flu medication wasn’t available and suggesting I find another pharmacy. As a mom, already tired and concerned, that was frustrating and discouraging.
I walked into Walgreens feeling annoyed and unsure, standing in line just hoping it was even possible for a pharmacy to call another pharmacy and transfer a prescription. I had the medication name written on the back of my child’s doctor’s excuse note for school—doing the best I could in the moment.
James at the Walgreens Pharmacy stepped in with genuine care and urgency. He checked immediately, made the call, and filled the prescription without delay. No “come back later,” no “30 minutes to an hour.” Just help—right when we needed it.
As a mom, that took so much weight off my shoulders. I truly appreciated the compassion and efficiency. Today, this was a win, and I’m very grateful. ?”
