If you need your vehicle fixed the right way and to look like it was never in an accident you need to take it to Dale's. They are not the big body shops that are in big towns and that is what I love. They treat every customer like you are one of their family and your vehicle like it's one of their own. Don't waste your time going to the big repair shops! Dales is worth the drive, you won't be disappointed. I hope I never have to use them again but if I ever find myself in an accident again my vehicle will be going back to Dales.”

“I usually have a good experience when I go to this store, but today was different, WAY DIFFERENT. I pulled up today to find the manager, Heath outside under an older woman's hood, installing a battery. I sat outside and waited because I needed him to look under my hood as well. When he finished installing the battery, Heath shut her hood and walked to her driver-side window to tell her something. She immediately started crying. She got out of her vehicle and hugged him through her tears. She thanked him and hugged him again, seemingly tighter than the initial hug - which was pretty tight. After she left, and Heath regained normal breathing, I asked him what that was about. He told me that she came in on the way to work and inquired about battery prices and that she didn't get paid until Friday. Her vehicle actually wouldn't start back up, so they gave her a jump. She didn't make it out of the parking lot before it shut down again. Heath told her that he was going to look in the back for an old battery that he could charge up and put in for her so she could get to work. This is where I pull up, to find Heath installing the battery. When he finished, he walked over and told her that he gave her a BRAND NEW BATTERY, and that he paid for it. He told her to come see him when she got paid and he would give her a big discount. That's why she cried like that, and that's why she hugged him like that. To be honest, I almost cried too. It was like a scene from a movie...or some TV show where people do good deeds for unsuspecting people. Today's experience was more than the normal good one...it was GREAT!”
