The employees at this bank are the best. A personal shout out and a HUGE hello to Ms. BEVERLY, Ms. JOY, Ms. MALLORY, and ALL of the staff. They go over and beyond what the job calls for, and I am so grateful. I love these people more than I love PB&J...and I LOOOOVEE PB&J!

Rude staff. They never answer the phones. When you leave a message they don’t return your call. If it wasn’t so much trouble I’d be changing banks. I miss Merchants!

The staff brought in from other offices are rude and discourteous. Let the staff that's been there for years do their jobs! Otherwise you will loose alot of business. I banked with Merchants for 25 years. I'm considering taking my business to another bank after just two transactions with Bancorp South.
