I myself do not use cvs drugstore. BUT I had to grab a family member of mines medication and let me just say the old white lady that works in the pharmacy is so rude. Never once greeted me. Looked at me like I was stupid AND rolled her eyes at me never thanked me or ANYTHING!! I be damned if I step foot back in CVS and will let everyone I know no to either. Be kind to others. We are the reason you have a JOB and there are more better drug stores in Jackson.

I changed pharmacies and the new pharmacy called to have my prescription changed over. This was done multiple times with no help. So I called and the person I spoke with in Jackson, AL, Candy was her name, was rude and said to have the pharmacy call them to get it transferred. I let her know they had tried multiple times to no avail. She was unwilling to help and restated that my new pharmacy had to call. I let her know again that they have tried multiple times and no help was provided. I know it was done because I was standing in my jew pharmacy while they called and saw this with my own eyes. I DO NOT recommend using this pharmacy.

We enjoy shopping, getting my prescriptions filled and getting my needed shots at CVS, the staff is very professional and friendly, the Pharmacist know how to give A Shot that doesn't hurt when taken I give her a?, I use my coupons, We save lots of money shopping at CVS

Great customer servive. When drugstore stuff needed help is available including the pharmacist. A little on the pricey side. I look at weekly flyer to shop with. Another go to place for my diet coke fix.
