At this point my vehicle has been at Don’s for 4 weeks. This being the middle of the third week that the work was supposed to be completed. Every time I call it’s always something else that has to be done or another part that has to be ordered, to say that I’m getting aggravated is an understatement. I just hope that when I finally do get my vehicle back that the work is at least satisfactory. I’m giving 2 stars for now with the hope that the work that has been exceptionally slow will at least be done correctly. NEVER AGAIN.Services: Painting

Was promised to have my car out the shop the week I got back from vacation. It has been a month of nothing but lies. I was told two weeks ago that it was being painted but when my mother called to ask about it today it was apparently being painted but as I rode by I seen it sittin in the back UNPAINTED AND UNTOUCHED. We will never use Don's again and I will not recommend anyone to use them.

I took my truck to this shop over 2 weeks ago and was told the day I dropped it off that it would take about a week. After a week I called and was told the first of the next week. On Wednesday I went by and was told its almost done and would be finished the next morning. I called late Thursday afternoon cause I had not heard anything and was told again that it would be another day. I called around 130 today and was told almost done and would call back soon for me to come get my truck. Its after 3 and still nothing. While the people are friendly they don't meet their times that they tell will be done and will not call back when they say. However they have been very helpful when you do get in touch with them and they make any problem you have right when you follow up. He even takes care of insurance issues that the customer has such as relaying information back and forth with them.

I would like to say that Mr. Don is one caring man, I came to his shop to fix my door and he notice my back tire was tilted out. He told me would not let me drive off his body shop. I did ask can I come back later, he said no and ask for my key. He really care about my safety of me and my children. Mr. Don will always get my business.Thank you very much
