We provide a large Fitness Room for isometric / HIIT workouts furnished with a variety of fitness equipment including DB's MB's TRX Plyo Boxes Olympic Bars spotter arms and rigging for heavy lifting. We also offer a variety of group fitness training including Power Cycling, Step Aerobics, Pound Fitness Training and HIIT training.

This is without a doubt the BEST gym i have been to, and i have been to many gyms and i personally can say this one is the best, very welcoming and friendly environment, 110% recommend this to gym to anyone living close to it or far away, or is just here for travel work (as i was).
