Overall the hotel is very clean. The location is convenient right off state road 43. There is a Walmart and nice Mexican restaurant next door. It felt safe( I am a female business traveler) and staff were quite friendly. The fitness room has a box, kettle bells, med balls and a nice selection of dumb bells as well as the usual machines. Bring your own sanitizing wipes though. Breakfast area is clean and nice - just did not offer enough plant based healthy options (almond milk, plant yogurt and fruit) - they had two bananas one day and green apples the other days?. Hot water in the airpot for tea tasted like coffee! A nice property and would stay again.

Enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn. Room was clean,hotel centrally located,next to restaurants and walmart. Complimentary breakfast was great !Rooms: I had 1st floor room which was close to fitness and business center.Safety: I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.Walkability: Stores restaurants within walking distance.

My stay at the Hampton Inn Jackson was absolutely magnificent. From the immaculate room I had the pleasure of sleeping in, to the gourmet breakfast made in the morning. I truly enjoyed myself. Would absolutely recommend.

This place does shady business, including the manager porche would not recommend, the manager was in home clothes not even work attire. I didnt believe she was the manager due to her horrible customer service and how she chooses to represent the hotel & speak to customers. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay.

You can't turn the refrigerator up to make your water cold. They do not bPut enough toilet paper in the room. If you have 3 people in the room hum... it could be a mess.

My family has been coming here for years! We’re from a small town near by, but always chose to stay here. Why? Because from the minute you check in with the front desk staff everyone is so friendly and kind. The Inn is always clean, we enjoy an assortment of warm and tasty breakfast options… it’s honestly like home I always feel safe here! I’m never concerned about room or vehicle theft… Ms. Porsha at the desk has been here for years and I’m always so happy to see her, she’s truly like family (I love her!). She always remembers me too! I’d also like to shout out the dining room & housekeeping staff …everyone is Awesome!!

Briefing speaking, I want to say that Porsche has been a constant and professional front desk clerk. She has been very helpful to me and my family. She has a great attitude and her smile and welcoming spirit is infectious and impeccable. She has outstanding customer service skills and has always treated us with love and respect. What a great stay! My husband and I only stayed one night, but highly recommend the Hampton Inn of Jackson, Alabama.The outside, common areas, and room were clean as a whistle. Love the way the room was staged. The Christmas decorations throughout the hotel were beautiful and tasteful. As we drive away, I wish we had taken photos to share. Breakfast was well presented, as full as I have ever seen at a Hampton Inn. The dining area was tidy, and everything I had was the right temperature. There were plenty of other guests, but the Breakfast attendant was doing a wonderful job. Portia, the front desk manager, was friendly, professional, and seemed to truly enjoy speaking with me and others in line. A smile goes a long way. When I bragged on the lovely Christmas decor, Portia let me know that she had decorated the hotel on her own. What a treasure! Between her professional manner and warm attitude and doing such a great job of decorating, I really wanted to say "woman, what are you doing here?!" Great stay. Thank you, Hampton Inn of Jackson, Alabama.
