Dare Power Park offers a picturesque and family-friendly environment for visitors. The clear, warm waters and clean facilities, including picnic tables, grills, pavilions, restrooms, and outdoor showers, create a pleasant atmosphere for swimming, picnicking, and fishing. The park features shady and sunny areas for comfortable picnicking, and visitors can enjoy the sight of little fish and freshwater shells in the water. The customer service is praised, with the gate attendant noted for their exceptional kindness and accommodation, even during inclement weather. While there is a rocky area near the beach that may pose a safety concern, overall, Dare Power Park is a beautiful and well-maintained destination that visitors enjoy returning to for a weekend of outdoor activities.
Public area we paid nothing to get in, has restrooms, swimming, and play ground.
