Just wanted to share that I had an amazing experience today with Stormie at this location. She helped me so much, she helped me get my new phone, she helped me call my the provided I was using so I could bring my number with me, she helped me pick out a screen protector and case, she help me get all my information and email set up. Thank you for having amazing people working here

I just wanted to share that I have had the best experience with this store in Jacksonville and the employees are extremely kind, patient and helpful. I have had to have some things handled the last few days and both Maya and Regan have been amazing. They were so incredibly sweet, kind and helped me with everything needed. A big thank you to this store and their employees for being so helpful and kind.

I never go to a Cricket store but I bought a new phone and wasn't able to make any calls so I went to my local Cricket store in Jacksonville, AL and the new manager, Stephanie was great! Within 15 minutes she had a solution. I walked out of store very happy! Thank you!

This store sux! Used them 2 months now going to AT&T. They don’t have a clue what’s going on. They have no order BS out of there mouth prices change!! If ur looking for a simple plan DONT USE THEM!

Well I have only been with cricket for a few months and I first bought a I phone 13 and had it 30 days it crashed and they want make it good told me I had to go through apple so I did my phone was defective so I then bought another phone and guess what it was used and now they are telling me I can't get a refund until Monday because it's Sunday and they don't have enough money in the store to make it good
