Sorriest place I have ever Hurd of, they helped someone forge a bill of sale on my truck to put a lean on it to get a title back in here name, took everything I had In the vehicle. Sorry a** people.

Fagan has taken a homeless woman's vehicle (that she is currently living in) and refuses to return it to her until after the weekend (on Monday) despite her having the full payment in cash to retrieve it. When confronted, he called the police and she was told to stay off the property instead of handling the situation, despite this establishment currently being in posession of HER property. Very unprofessional handling of the situation.

Called the listed Jacksonville phone number to ask about one of my customers vehicle that they towed and the man who answered didn't answer with the business name so I had to ask if it was Fagan's and even the tone of the man's voice was rude from the very start. I have never been talked to with such distain for no reason. I will NEVER call them again. I don't know how they have any repeat customers with the way they treat people.

I called Fagan''s Towing to help me recover two vintage mid 60s volkswagan buses that had been hidden and stuck behind a house for more than 20 years. The vans were located in a very difficult, close confined, area down hill from the narrow, winding residential street. Fagan's Towing was able to get the job done. First to get them to a position for a roll back and then to tow them to a place to be loaded onto a long haul carrier. Both times his knowledge and expertise to handle this job was spot on and very much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to call him in the future.Services: Special vehicle towing
