I would like to note this review is SOLELY based on my service just with making an appt, for now. ?I think it’s EXTREMELY cool and convenient that they allow you to text an appt OR call, but I LOVE the text option the most for someone whose always on the go like me and it’s HARD making/receiving calls.The amazing woman I spoke to was VERY quick to respond even during normal business hours, she was BEYOND sweet and helpful, she answered all of my questions and helped me get all the info I needed for my husband to get him set up for an appointment.This appointment wasn’t even for ME and I was taken care of just the same with the UPMOST respect and kindness.Personally, being kind matters the most to me when choosing a business to use long term. I CANNOT WAIT to get my husband into THIS shop and see them work their magic on this THICK and full head. ?I have NEVER found such sweet,caring and such helpful people in Jacksonville then here!!100/100 RECOMMENDED!!!!!Service: Haircut

Why would I make a appointment for a haircut at a place I don’t know, and how about you allow walk ins to try your work, then make an appointment later. Also their not open on Tuesday and Saturday and Sundays when everyone wants a haircut hmmm sounds like horrible business practices.
