Crazy God like woman manager was training an employee to pitch other services that I wasn't wanting. Just pay My bill. Then she refused service to pay My bill!!!!! You need to fire the crazy woman.

Do not go here if you don’t like to be robbed! We had an employee set up a new account for us and she added an extra line that we did not approve and we had to pay for it due to the mess she created! This is not a corporate location. It is a scam.

Only one star only because it made me put one. Do not go to this place for you phone services. I have contacted customer service which spent 3 hours on the phone and went to this specific store 3+ times to get my phone bill issues resolved with no help or guidance. I sat in the store for over 2 hours March 20th and was told I would get a good will discount for my time and they did not give me that. I called AGAIN today and was told they would call me back in a couple of minutes and I have still not received a phone call back regarding my issues. They tricked me into signing up for a phone promotion stating that I would only have to pay $2.17 a month for it which ended up me having to pay $799 AFTER they took my old phone and didn't give me the trade in value. Also, charging me for the maximum unlimited plan. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE. I will be switching phone services and never using AT&T again. Customer service sucks too so don't waste your time.

Kaitlyn was so nice and profesional!! Definitely knew what she was talking about. We added a line, upgraded 2 phones, and got a new one. She was patient in explaining everything; I never felt rushed, and she found us the best deals. Truly a refreshing experience after using the Winfield location. This is the store I'll be using from now on!

The people at this store lied to us about how much our bill would be. The man in particular who kept trying to increase our bill and completely tricked us is Marcus the district manager. We have been paying $200 a month more than what we should have. Tricked us into agreeing to buy an Apple Watch. Told us it would be free for the watch and our bill would be cheaper. Since we were paying $300 a month for phone bill we went to the other AT&T store and they told us we were paying way too much. Tried to return the Apple Watch and said it was too late to return and now we owe $500 for an Apple Watch that we were told would be free from this AT&T store. I never have issues with businesses, but PLEASE do not go to this AT&T store unless you want to lose hundreds of dollars. Just use the store across from Walmart.

Screwed up my bill and setting up new phone. I still haven’t gotten all my money back they owe me. I’ve made 5 trips to the store and called 5 times to the so called loyalty Dept. What a joke! Probably 15 hours of my time and counting. They need to get my credit on my card and give me a free months service for all the hassle they caused.

Employees at this store are friendly and helpful. I still couldn't recommend AT\\u0026T as a company to do business with, but it's definitely not a reflection on these local employees.
