These ladies were fantastic! We went in not knowing Exactly what kind of flowers to buy for the funeral we were planning, & they were So Nice....& VERY patient.. They showed us Lots of different arrangements..& just had So many options to choose from. We chose a Red Rose casket spray & it turned out absolutely beautiful! We're So Thankful for these guys!? They helped make a Difficult Situation MUCH Easier on Us & we'll Definitely use them again! Only, hopefully next time it's for a Happier Occasion!?

I ordered flowers recently for a family member’s funeral. I had looked online at the different arrangements and found one that I liked that displayed a stand with 2 dozen red roses. When I ordered the stand over the phone I stated that I would like to order the Crimson Departure standing spray, deluxe version for $150.00 and I also stated that other (additional) flowers could be added in with the roses. When I saw the stand at the funeral home there were 9 or 10 red roses and the rest were 7 or 8 red flowers (not sure what kind of flowers they were, but I think they were red Gerbera daises). I was not pleased with this arrangement, it was bare looking and the roses were not fresh looking. It did not look at all like the picture. I called and left a message for the manager to return my call a few days later. She called me back and I let her know what I stated above. She “assured me there were more than 9 roses” and stated she made the arrangement according to what I asked for and she “assured me the stand was well worth $150”. I don’t think so and neither does my family members that saw the arrangement. Some of my family members and friends had also ordered from this same florist. My family and friends state they will go elsewhere from now on to purchase flowers and so will I.

I was severely disappointed to find out that an order I had placed for my grandfather for his birthday was accepted, later refunded, I was then charged again and then the order was canceled in whole on the day of delivery with no notification to me. The young ladies at the store explained that it was canceled because the delivery address was out of their delivery area, which I can understand.. but still no notification was sent to me despite that I had left my phone number and email address in the order. Had I been properly notified, I could have had it picked up and delivered by other family in the area.
