“10 out of 10 service! My friends and I had a double blow out on our horse trailer while heading out of town on the interstate. Kilgore showed up in less than 30 minutes and got 2 spares put on. He worked a long time because one of the blowouts wrapped around the brake line and caused damage to the brakes. Sadly we had to go home, but thankfully Kilgore was able to get us rolling enough to get home. Highly recommend this company!”

I had a certified Freightliner mechanic tell me that I needed to buy all of these parts to get my truck back running because of a def issue. He even had me To the point where I was considering buying a one box. I told him to give me a few days to think about it. Long story short I was able to get my truck to Nli. Not only did they find the issue without me having to buy a new def system but they showed me what they would do to maintain it to save me even more money. Driving the distance from Tuscaloosa to Jasper is nothing when you're treated like family.”

“If I could give one group of people a direct fast pass to straight to heaven it would be the employees of this Napa in Jasper. We’re 3 hours from home, it’s a holiday weekend, and we’re trying to get to the beach, and these men (AN HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSED) came to our rescue on the side of the road with the parts, the best attitude, and it was cheap as hell too. Please lord let these men be blessed big because without them I’d have to get towed back to Memphis and I think I’d rather be stuck on the side of the road forever than go back there.”
