Bought a Subaru from those ppl well under 3000 miles of the car blowing up and leaving us on the side of the highway. Buying a car from. Those ppl I wouldn't do. They wouldn't even make it right on a 2,500 I paid cash I should have wiped my rear end with it they seen me coming a mile away. I needed a car bc at the time I had no way to and from. Work. And they swear there no lemon law in Alabama. Not to mention at the time my fiance died and his hole family took pretty much everything we built together. Even explain that to them and bagged for help at the time just to be told that's a complete loss. So no I wouldn't waste your money there.

I needed a State title for a vehicle to sell. Department of Motor Vehicles couldn't help me. Their title lady was able to do the transaction. Very friendly people.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They sold me a car that was 3500 dollars and said nothing was wrong with it besides the paint on the car but come to find out it needed an entire transmission and other things and i have put over 5,000 dollars into this car. They told me nothing was wrong with it and when I called them to tell them what was going on they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I will never buy from them again. It was me and my husband and they knew we were a young couple trying to buy a car for the 16 year old we raise. They would not help us and did not care when we called them to tell them what was going on. This was not even a day after we bought it we called them and they didn’t offer a single thing and acted like they could care less. They told me there was no such thing as a lemon law and was completely rude about it. Don’t trust buying a used car in a nasty run down trailer with rude people. It will get you a car you have to put over 8,000 dollars in.

Customer service was OK when I first went there, but the car I got was a lemon. The manifold overheated after driving it for 10 minutes to the point where it was red hot and smoke was coming out of my hood, and when I took it back at first, they told me that there was no such thing as a lemon law ? I’m hoping they can fix it correctly, but if not, I’ll probably just go to court.Edit: they said my car is getting repossessed cause I missed the first payment, but I thought we agreed that I missed it only because my car almost literally blew up. I told the lady that I didn’t know if I was going to keep it or not and she said that she would just get it fixed and give me a call back.

I have read the reviews on this place and I have to say, anytime you buy a used car always check it out good before buy, you aren't buying a new car so there maybe some things you have to do to the car you buy. With that said I was extremely happy with how I was treated by Brother and the rest of the staff and I am very pleased with the Tahoe I bought. Yes there are some things that need to be done to it but again it's not a new car. I love the deal I got. Nobody forces you to buy a car so if your unhappy with what you got you should have been more thorough with how you picked your car. Have a very blessed and wonderful day.
