  Very friendly and helpful. Called back when I given wrong model for repair and was very kind about it and still fixed my phone. Quick repair and return of phon as well will return!

  Absolutely worst experience ever!! Had to give 1 star just to be able to give a review!!🤣. My wife took an iPad for a simple screen replaced. Battery life on this iPad was good, not perfect or 100%, but good enough to last all day….after a few days we had to call because they wldnt! She picks up the iPad and $150-160 later the iPad literally doesn’t last 45mins on a full charge. I shit you not, perfectly good iPad with a broke screen now lasts less than an hour on a full charge. Guess that’s why they make you sign all the disclosure agreements. I have zero proof they swapped out the battery(prolly for one of their own devices) but sure the hell seems like it. This process wld have been cheaper just to buy another iPad from eBay, at least you can return it if something’s wrong. I highly advise NOT using this piece of crap place for any kind of phone/ipad repair.

  I took my phone in because I'm a elder person and couldn't get my sims card in a new phone correct. the nice lady there installed it for me and didn't charge me a dime. thank you so much Mam!

  They were supposed to have “fixed” my phone. Took the phone back MULTIPLE times to be “fixed” and now here we are.
