The Cricket representative who helped me on 11/09/2022 in the Jasper location went above and beyond the normal to be helpful and help me get my ACB transferred to Cricket. She was very knowledgeable and polite. I would definitely recommend Cricket if you're looking for a new phone carrier.

I've been with cricket five years now. This month I decided to bridge pay my bill. They said 33 dollars was due then and the rest 54 dollars in 7 days we'll I paid 50 and that left 40 well my mom went down to the store and paid the 40.so that ment our bill was paid. They cut our phones off said there was still 23 dollars owed. We had to go all the way down there. They fixed it but not without us haveing to waste a trip to Jasper and the agravaion. Plus our online statement didn't match up to what we paid. Something's not right there. So if u use cricket u better get a paper receipt anytime u pay in store.

This is the worst Cricket location I've ever been to. There is no information posted next to the phones on display and some of the phones won't even turn on. I asked the salesperson basic questions (how much RAM, how much storage, etc.) And she's having to Google everything I ask. Service was so unprofessional and clearly untrained. This is a management issue.Go to the one in Alabaster instead. They're much better.

Just moved to the area a few weeks ago and I knew my old phone service wouldn't cut it. Switched to Cricket wireless and thanks to Jasmine explaining to me the steps to take to get what I needed to keep my old number on the new service helped a bunch. Jasmine and Kindall we're great, and my wife and I are set to move forward.

I was there with my boyfriend so that he could get home wifi service. The customer service was very nice and helpful and had answers to all questions we asked. Good experience.

Probably the worst customer service, in-store, online and over the phone! When I walked in the store, I felt overlooked, like a burden.I don't think certain fees should be paid by walk-in customers while other customers have those same fees waived, at the employees discretion!
