I recently visited Express oil change store to have my cabin air filter replaced, and I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Ryan. He was incredibly friendly and polite throughout the entire process. Not only did he efficiently replace the air filter, but he also took the time to check other aspects of my car to ensure everything was in good shape. His attention to detail and excellent customer service made my experience exceptional. I highly recommend this service center and Ryan for any car maintenance needs!

Time and time again, these men are honest and reliable! This is the second time I've been to this location to have my oil changed and they are the first to ever check my cabin air filter, tell me my other air filter has a little longer instead of pushing one on me that I do not need, and are incredibly efficient when changing my oil. Big props to Will and Brandon for all their help!

So this may very well be the most unprofessional review to date, but I feel things are ALWAYS best explained in your own words. So strap in.
Let me start off by saying that everyone and I mean everyone at the hwy 78, jasper location is an ABSOLUTE UNIT when it comes to getting the job done and taking care of the customer's needs.
Bravo, my guys, bravo.
There is one particular person that works at this location named, Matthew, that I feel needs the spotlight on this review.
If you ever see him, he looks like a retired Greenday band member, but don't let that turn you away. This man is a pit goblin, or in other words...
Every time I have arrived, whether there is a few cars or vehicles backed up to 78, he is there in the pit like it's his own little kingdom. Banging out oil changes like he was born with a filter in one hand and a wrench in the other.
A good endearing term I have given him is The Pit Princess. Which don't worry, he's fully aware and finds it funny in a way.
So if you need a change, and The Pit Princess is there in his little kingdom.
I emplor you to see for yourself how good he actually is. The entire crew for that matter.
Honestly, they all need a raise. Get to it corporate.
