The people are great couldn't ask for a better bunch of guys.really the only thing I could even complain about would be the pricing.i believe they could do a little better on that end of it ,but as for over all performance Kenny and the ladies in the office are the best people you could ever meet

I'm glad I read the latest reviews. I am shopping around for another vehicle. Seeing the comments regarding Kim let's me know that the business owners are aware but continue to support the bad character of an employee. People don't want to deal with bad attitudes and unprofessionalism. People want to feel safe when buying a car. We work hard for our money and need to feel like we will be taken care of if something goes wrong. These dealerships don't know how long a car will last and can't guarantee the safety or reliability of them, but they should be there to fix any issues. A good decent business would pride themselves on positive kind employees.

Do not buy from here unless you want an unreliable car. We told Kenny I was pregnant and needed something RELIABLE and safe. It broke down the first time less than 6 weeks later. Then it broke down the day before my leave and I didn’t get it back until I went back to work. It’s broken down 5 additional times. Also, Kim, the finance lady, is horrible. She deserves her own review though, so that’s coming.

Cars are at lest 5k over resale value for a used car. You can do better literally anywhere else.

We arrived around 10 on a Saturday morning. Kenny and the office staff were great. We were out by 12 with our vehicle. After driving a couple of days, we noticed a shake when we would get the car to around 45mph. I call the service dept Monday morning, and Tuesday I was at the shop and they put two brand new tires on the car. The owner actually was at the shop when I was getting the tires and was apologetic for the tires not being replaced before we left with the car. I know this is a buy here pay her lot, but this was the easiest car buying experience we have had in over 20 years. I’m not sure I will go anywhere other than friendly auto sales for future purchases.

Very friendly and respectful staff. Got my friends approved for a nice vehicle. They had several customers and did there very best to show each and everyone the same amount of attention. Made sure we understood all the paperwork and answered any questions we had. Comfortable environment.
