I would give the Home Depot of Jasper GA a 10 star if I could. These guys (Jeff and Laura to be specific) are awesome! (I recently switched over from Lowes to Home Depot over a $15 issue that Chris at the Lowes store in Ellijay, GA would not refund me. I had spent over $25k with the store and still, he wouldn't budge) Home Depot bends over backwards for us. I highly recommend!

The store and their customer service is absolutely pathetic. What's the point of curbside pickup if you have to wait an hour? Such a joke. Home Depot should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible customer service. My granddaughter bought closet doors here, then moved to California with the reciept...they're brand new, still in wrappers, Home Depot would not trade them for the correct size, would not give us store credit, would not refund our money. I will shop at Lowes from now on, and never shop qt Home Depot qgain...qnd I own rental houses qnd w big farms...have spent untold thousands here in the past. I do not recommend Home Depot at all.

They do not repair anything they sell and they are rude on the phone. After they get your money they are done with you. You have to then deal with the manufacturer. Warranties are not worth a hoot. I will never be back. I bought a stove that I have used three times. The inside light is not working. One of the burners doesn’t work and the light under the microwave doesn’t work. They told me that they don’t repair after 48 hours.

Don't bother ordering any appliances from Home Depot. They will lie to you, tell you a delivery date and then call the day before and and say it's been pushed back 30 more days. I'll never go back to a Home Depot again. Great job guys!

I went to the Home Depot in Jasper two days in a row and neither cashier could email me a receipt. Our cashier was Rebecca today and she was rude from the start. I told her upfront I needed an email receipt and she told me to wait a minute. So I did and when I paid she handed me my receipt. I said can I get an email receipt and she said it didn't give me that option. I told her that's why I told you before you started ringing my order up. Rebecca was rude and under trained. Hopefully a manager will see this and correct it. I tried calling customer service and after 9 minutes of waiting I hung up. I hope all Home Depot's are not like this. Employees need to realize if customers do not come in and shop the doors will close. A lack in management shows at this store for sure.

Home Depot's Do It Herself workshop was terribly disorganized tonight. Their wood was awful and they didn't have the appropriate tools out that were needed. However, Elizabeth was right there with me from start to finish. So, if you know Elizabeth who did the Do It Herself workshop tonight, thank her again for me.

Very friendly staff. Went to find a drain weasel. It took me awhile to find it because it wasn't on the isle with the rest of the plumbing supplies. When I asked for help I was almost immediately directed in the right direction. Touch screen on the self checkout was unresponsive. Had to have it reset. Shopping experience took longer than it should have.
