The 12-year-old manager Samuel is very disrespectful and condescending they have a return policy GNC does that they will do anything to keep the customer happy well that didn't happen yesterday afternoon at the Jasper Mall I bought my product in he said he wouldn't return it or give me a refund I have the receipt then he gets in the computer and the computer told him to give me a full refund but to put it on a gift card for some reason I don't know that reason but that's what it told him to do then he tells me that the gift cards are $15 and that I would have to buy the $15 gift card and then he would refund me my money on that gift card but he would only refund me $21 and some change when the product I bought was $69.99 plus tax never ever going to shop at GNC again. Why do they have the return policy if he's not going to follow it! Get a grown man in there and quit hiring these little boys ?

We ordered some supplements at the store and was told we would receive them in 4-5 days. 15 days later we still haven't received the product. My husband called the company and was promised they would send it expedited shipping& it would be here in 2 days. Was not delivered in 2 days. He called again and was basically told Sorry, there's nothing we can do. I like GNC products but their customer service is terrible! Will not be ordering from them again.

Good selection, helpful staff (I just wish GNC would train the staff better on nutrition and what supplements actually do what in the body).
