Came in around 9:30 pm on January 3rd of 2025 just so maybe yall can narrow it down to the rude ass lady working tonight... had to sit in my car and count enough change to get $3 in gas so hopefully I could make it home to Hanceville however, I walk in grab a bag of pretzels & then go to the counter pay for the pretzels in cash then hear your cashier huffing and puffing like a 2 year old child & whenever I go to apologize and try to explain why she rudely interrupts me and treats me horribly... Why do you guys having people work a register that has an issue counting $3 in change... I even made it easy for her and counted it out myself & tried my best to get mostly quarters? It's really not that difficult and God forbid she be an hour away from home whenever he card locks up, she is 35 miles till E & is having to scrape up change to make sure she gets home? Embarrassing enough as it is to have to pay with change I certainly didn't need her raunchy opioin on having to do so. Please hire new help, she has no business working with the public & as someone who has worked with the public for 10+ years I understand we have tough days but taking our your miserable life on customers who are clearly already struggling, really isn't gonna make your life any better. Really wish i could have got the name. I'm sure yall can narrow it down tho.. don't think there are many people even work there anyways considering I have gave the date and around about time... please do something about that attitude. If you see this, have the day you deserve and also, I hope you remember this the next time your going through a difficult time & someone decides to give you shit over it!

I usually purchase fuel here. The last few times I have done that the pump I pull up to is not working. I have to change pumps. They do not carry Milo’s tea or any Minute Maid drinks except the lemonade. The choices inside are slim.

I will NEVER give this store my business again. I totally understand the need to ID folks for certain products, the need to be fair, lines for order, as well as why we should have ID ready when we get to the counter but what I don't understand is the need for employees to YELL at customers... I understand that cashier work is a hectic job but so is caring for the elderly and having to do the shopping for multiple homes all at the same time. If this YELLING hadnt happened multiple times with 2 different female cashiers I could overlook it knowing that none of us are perfect and we all make mistakes and have bad days but when a regular customer who spending for multiple households upon each visit forgets their purse in the car[money in hand] which is the only time that I have ever been ID'd [if i take my purse inside its never asked for] apologizes and says they need to run get their ID which literally took less than 30 seconds walks back inside the store, their items have already been put back, they are literally just standing there waiting, not in line but also not cutting line, not saying a word or bothering anyone they don't deserve to be YELLED at by the cashiers to go to the end of the line! Some people do need a minute to assess a situation before making a choice to do anything. Not the mention I had forgotten bread and was about to get it. I wasn't even given 20 seconds to make an assessment and had no problem getting back in line. This store is serious need of better customer service. My sick,elderly mother had to get go back inside to get what she needed after I walked out telling the cashier that i will taķe my business somewhère else. I have also witnessed other customers on many occasions being YELLED at by the same two female cashiers for different reasons when in imo they did nothing to deserve it either. What good is a nice selection of snacks, low prices, rewards programs, or any other positives when employees are very rudely YELLING at customers? I have never been yelled at by an employee anywhere else ever before.There's just no need to yell at customers. Todays two female employees working at aproximately 12:30pm should be reprimanded for their rude behavior on many occasions. I should also be asked to verify ID whether I have my purse in my hand or not.

Great bunch of ladies with wonderful customer service! Always clean bathroom and store is clean and neat with a great variety of options to choose from. Best cigarette prices in town! Shout out to Jean and Erica!

They are always fresh and flavorful. The snack selections is great! The drink selection is also great from beer to prime Murphy's has got it all.it is a very clean store which is my favorite.occasionally it is slightly dirty, but still cleaner than most other stores. Lastly shout-out to Jean, Stevie and all other Murphy's employees who always made me and my friends welcome! I love Murphy's!!!One other note to mention. The rewards app is great! Save 10cents on gas and get discounts and free items!
