Went in to order pizza and I was excited because they have the Papa bowl. I love the ones in FL. You can create your own with like 5-7 toppings for about $9. I went in to this one and they have 3 you can choose from. And none of them were what I was looking for. They have a meats, veggie and a chicken Alfredo. And they are almost $12 here but fl minimum wage is $12/hr. Why do we have less choice and pay more? I was super disappointed and ended up just going home and eating while the boys got pizza. The staff was nice but I'm just puzzled at the differences. I wanted Papa John's because nobody else offers a pizza in a bowl. The ones in FL are franchised so I figured the Papa bowl was a thing corporate was requiring. I have no idea but I double checked with a friend who still works at the ones in FL and he was just as surprised as me when I told him what this one offered for Papa bowls.

The food has just gone down hill. Over cooked and taste like burnt cardboard. Not cutting the pizza. The only thing that was worth eating was the bread sticks.

I'll cut to the chase. My wife ordered us 2 large pizzas to pick up at the Jasper location. We got to the location and picked up our pizzas. I used a card to pay and since I drove there, I did not want to tip since they didn't do nothing but give me the pies. Couldn't get card to work without tip. Got home, opened the box to find a 2in of dough and a small amount of pizza. Papa John's used to be the best but after this I won't be back. One last thing with all these places and that is YOU EARN THE TIP. YOU'RE NOT ENTITLED FOR DOING YOUR JOB!

This specific Papa John’s is one of the most unprofessional and problematic environments I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The building has slugs in the walls and cockroaches falling from the ceilings constantly, though it’s a step up from when they had mice living in the building. They’ve had to fire multiple people for drinking on the job, some of those people being managers themselves. The district and hiring managers (not even mentioning how they like to lay their hands on young female employees inappropriately) prefer to consistently rehire a manager that has literally lost a cigarette carton of methamphetamines inside of the store instead of hiring managers with legitimate professional experience. It’s no surprise they can’t keep any decent employees, and at this point, the chain needs shut down, and the building torn down along with it.

This company lies about being an American company. I called support and got China. The pizza in Jasper, Alabama is horrible. The people who work there are flippant.

if you’re thinking about ordering online, don’t Papa John’s uses a third-party app which has no affiliations with the company whatsoever so if you order online and you have issues with your order, they will not fix it nor will refund me the money that was spent because it through a third-party app they will relocate you to the third-party app and ask you speak to the customer service there. There’s nothing online that states that they use a third-party app to help them with their processing orders. This is absurd, and Papa Joe needs to fix their customer service whether it’s a third-party app or not , we all as Americans work too hard for money to get taken advantage of and pizza. Frankly it’s causing way too much money to even order. I spent $32 on a pizza that I never got.
