Went to send a return from Walmart.com. Followed the instructions on the app about how to do the return. Employee on duty was rude and started giving me a bunch of excuses why he wasn’t going to do it and that it was Walmart’s problem and not his. So I had to have a LONG chat with Walmart customer service to try to get a shipping label sent to me so I could return it. So now I will have to make another special trip to the FedEx store to return something I didn’t even order in the first place.

Extremely professional and went out of their way for a critical overnight shipment. Drivers had already picked up and they personally called the driver and had them come back to the location and take my shipment. Thank goodness!! Thanks Fed ex Jasper

Sent package on Monday over night. Contents was not in the packaging when it arrived. Funny thing is, the packaging was still sealed up. Someone took lable off put it on another shipping envelope. Lost over $7,000 from this. Update: I received the envelope back from the receiver you can clearly see the lable was removed and reattached to another envelope. Its sad when you can not ship something and it is stolen. Finally Fedex executives office called me told me they arw opening internal investigation of everyone that had this package.
