My son is visiting us in Michigan from Alabama and regions bank literally charging him international fee's for being in Michigan. what a total rip off! Must be making a lot of money off international fees even though your still in u.s.a what a joke!

Assistant Manager Stephanie and banker Savannah have made a very difficult situation much less stressful by providing amazing grace, kindness, understanding, and customer service. Thank you to this branch in general. We have had so many employees here go the extra mile and it really matters to our family to feel safe with our bank.

I typically bank at Regions Bank in Alabaster, AL and could not be more satisfied. During a visit to Smith Lake, I had the enormous pleasure of obtaining service from the staff at the Jasper Branch. I was stunned to see a 3.3 rating. The only thing I can imagine is the people that have left low reviews where either experiencing an extremely bad day, or they just really can't stand excellent friendly service. During the short time I was there, I could not have ask for anything to have been better. Thanks to all of you! Keep making Regions proud.

This is probably one of the worst banks in jasper as far as service the drive through branch down town is never open & the walk in branch lobby is always closed &only has the drive through open what a joke. Don't blame it on covid it's called poor management. SMH

Horrible customer service. I waited 20 minutes to speak to someone at a desk and finally had to leave since I'm on my lunch hour. I made an appointment for a different day and the lady kept talking on the phone and did not acknowledge me so I had to leave again. Your time is not valued here.

Called the Fraud Department and Representative was very rude and when I asked for her name she hung up on me!!! I have been a customer for around 15 years and was very disappointed with the service I received.

I lost my debit card over the weekend. I was able to immediately lock it which was cool & when I went to replace my card Donna was super helpful and friendly! Everyone at this location has always been so nice, quick, & helpful!!

I deposited cach in my girls account 3 weeks ago .they put a hold on her account still have not released the money .and acuse us of fondling money.as soon as they release the money will close account. They think they can control. What if is was the only money we had would be starving.not a bank that's cares for its costomers

I deposited cash in regions terminal and the machine took my money..I reported it and apparently the machine had been doing it all day but they failed to put an out of order sign on it..I suppose to have my money credited back to me that night based on what the manager told me..that was Thursday December 27th..it wasnt there that night,or next morning. I went to the bank and he was out if town to Nashville, now it's a process..here I am now Monday December 31st inside the bank now for 30min waiting to speak to the manager,jasper branch hwy 78..apparently I'm still waiting because he is in there talking to a customer/ friend and it has nothing to do with banking,but my money missing...changing banks after this. This is ridiculous..not to mention it's the holidays...
