This is the best store for pretty much everything! Jeff and Jill are the owners and they are so hands on and knowledgeable and very, very nice! I love emailing stuff to them and then just dropping by when it's ready. Go here!

A very ignorant and rude worker there. I came back to get receipt. Someone came from the back. She didn't speak and she skipped over me and got the guy whom came in after me.I guess the rude one told the other worker her side of the story. I will not go back there again . I want amazon to send me to the post office where there are friendly faces.

I did not like the younger girl's attitude. She was very rude. Didn't smile and acted like I was an inconvenience. Next time I'll wait for the other lady to help me.

I accidentally took a UPS package to the post office. I called the post office and they told me their procedure is to drop it off at the UPS store. I called the UPS store and a woman answered saying to call the post office back. I told her I called the post office three times and each time they told me their procedure was to drop the package off at UPS. She said no, that's not true.
She never asked me for a tracking number to make certain they dropped it off. Then, when I brought that to her attention, she kept saying since I dropped it off at the post office, she wouldn't have a tracking number. I told her four times in a row they said they dropped it off at UPS. Why would she say she doesn't have a tracking number if they dropped it off there??? Does that make sense if the post office told me they took it to UPS??!!! Then, she had the audacity to raise her voice and tell me to respect her or she was going to hang-up.
I don't appreciate people who have little to no common sense! She shouldn't have that job, talking to customers that way, in my opinion. Her job is to respect ME, THE CUSTOMER, not the other way around!! I'm supposed to respect her, because she needs a job???!!!! It is a lack of respect, when you don't pay attention to what people say!!!
Why do you have to talk to people like they're dumb and repeat yourself over and over again? Even then, they still don't understand!!! I hate to say it, but this area is notorious for that. People have things azz-backwards!! She's only supposed to sound pretty on the phone, but if she has to sound smart, then I don't respect her and it's my fault. People with an attitude should be fired.
