Honestly had alright experiences until today. My problem im assuming is with verizon itself. Why oh why when i pay with cash the currency we use here in America do i get charged a fee for paying with cash?? Its literally what we use here in America. Im assuming it has something to do with the company being a greedy p.o.s and squeeze every cent we can out of under paid workers. Please stop being such a place of greed and pricing everything 800% of what you paid.

Amanda was knowledgeable, thorough and very friendly!This a year ago 5 star service (above). I could only edit.I went in the store today, 12/19/23. The experience was underwhelming at best. The representative said her name was Chelsea.I don't even have the time to itemize all the things she did to ruin my customer experience.I have been a Verizon customer for over a decade, close to 15 years. My experience with her by far has been the worst of all the reps that have assisted me. I'd be glad to talk to the owner more about it.She didn't want to assist me. She never acknowledged me or greeted me with as little as a good morning! She addressed others with courtesy titles but certainly not me.I don't know her but she could possibly use some Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) training. I am a loyal customer who deserves to be respected and valued like anyone else in the store.Note: This is the longest negative review I've ever written.Posted later at 12:30 pm. The aforementioned rep said it would be $39.99 to help me troubleshoot a feature on my phone.I confirmed with another store location in AL that it's not their store policy

Incident happened 03Nov.23 around 5:30, in which my appointment was at 5pm... but the store was somewhat packed. Chelsea Browning, which I was told is an assistant manager, waited on us. Now, when I say us, I mean me, the person that was with me, and several other customers simultaneously. The problem came about when she forgot her role and proceeded to take it up several notches, snapping, talking about she getting frustrated because we was indecisive about what phones we wanted. Unprofessionalism at it's finest. I had to remind myself that I was a member of PBA, and just remove myself from the situation. I felt so uncomfortable and don't ever want to do business with Victra after that treatment from Chelsea Browning. I am appalled that Verizon would allow their customers to be treated like this. They got my money but all we got was a slap in the face and an exit stage left.

I would be careful ordering online here! I placed my order for their last IPhone 15 Pro Max at 1:30, came in at 3:30 to be told they were selling it to the man who walked in before me. Even though I had already paid for it two hours prior. Claims she didn’t see my order until I was there and canceled the order after finding out.

McKinzie greeted us and helped us with no waiting. She explained everything we asked and offered important extra details. She offered the phone and accessories with no pressure. She was friendly and seemed to enjoy her job.

I've been with Verizon for 5, almost 6, years now. They've been going downhill drastically in tye last two years. When you go in for a new phone or their plans change no one can tell you and exact price or what you're paying for. Everything they offer is at a considerable mark up. When you order a device, they tell you they'll call and they never do. Then Verizon charges a $25 fee for them to set up your device. It sonsist of taking the device out of the box, putting in a sim card, and turning it on. Why are we paying these stupid fees for what should be customer service? Then when I'm told my bill will be X-amount it's ALWAYS a lot higher. I added a smart watch and was told my bill would be $20 higher...it went up $97. I took the watch back. I spent $141 to pick it up. When I did a return my refund was $25 after all of their "fees". This corporation socks and so does this branch. I'm going back to AT&T ASAP.

We are so happy to stop at the Verizon store in Jasper, Alabama on our back from Florida vacation. I dropped my phone at the beach and it got sand and water all through it. My screen was turning dark with lines through it . Mackinzie helped us out . She was very knowledgeable and explained options I could choose from in purchasing a new phone. We left the store with a iPhone 14, a new watch and a case bundle. All with our trade in. Mackinzie was a wonderful salesperson explained everything to us. We are from Missouri and she made us feel like we were hometown neighbors. Forever grateful Mackinzie!

They couldn't help me, but that wasn't their fault. I did have to wait a bit, but as soon as they were able, they came right over. I do think they should acknowledge you where you enter the store. Just with a hi and we'll be able to assist you soon. That way, you know they saw you.

The manager there, Amanda, was extremely rude and nasty with me and that is completely unnecessary. If you hate your job then go home lol
