When the policy changes, and you question why, the pharmacist talks down to you and is so convinced that you can't be right, that he states numbers as if he's more intelligent... However, there's no way to convince one he is wrong, especially when the basis of his stance is that September has 31 days.... SMH.. Education cannot, and will not make you smart...

Called in my medicine on a Tuesday, they said it was ready. Came in Wednesday at lunch and was told it wasn't ready yet. Came back after work and was told they didn't have my medicine. After complaining and speaking to the pharmasist turns out they had my medicine all along. What's going on here??

Employees are friendly. Store stays busy - resulting in many items being out of stock frequently. Pharmacy is ALWAYS busy!

Absolutely the most unorganized pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with, I’ve tried all their automated options to simply and it’s still a royal pain to do business here. Will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere

Was just called a liar by the girl at the window who told me there was no way I could have spent an hour waiting to be told they didn't have my meds then left and came back hours later to be told yet again it wasn't ready and that it would be 15 mins but I couldn't wait at the window even though I had spent 20 mins behind the last person in line.staff has no clue what they are doing and I would never trust them with my important medications

The pharmacy needs to discern whether the same prescription month after month is Workmans Comp. ALWAYS have to tell them.

Efficient place to waste time. They allow you to schedule for vaccinations they don’t even carry.

This Walgreens pharmacy has been the worst pharmacy I've ever used--and I've used other Walgreens pharmacies for a long time before moving to Jasper. I don't understand this as I have lived in Jasper almost 2 years now and have never encountered such dismissing, uncaring, and hateful staff. Not only is it nearly impossible to obtain your prescriptions in at least a REASONABLE amount of time, the staff has literally given my mother the WRONG MEDICATION because of their own mistake and this was a SEVERE problem. If my mother did not think to check her prescription when she got back home before using it, it could have literally blinded her. She was prescribed an optic solution for pink eye--and we double-checked that the prescription was written and sent over correctly by her provider--yet she received at otic solution (for your ears) which could have very serious ramifications if she would have used them on her eye. So, please tell me why the pharmacy did not double check the prescription filled to the prescription that was actually sent in? It was just complete carelessness. My mother went to pick up the prescription within the hour of closing time, so the pharmacy techs were very obviously annoyed that they had to deal with another customer because they were just ready to get off of work. My mother was in a lot of pain and would not even be able to obtain the correct prescription until the next day. I understand that it is illegal for a pharmacy to take a prescription back once it has been given to a customer, but my mother paid $50 for a prescription that was not even hers when the ACTUAL prescription filled for her the next day was only $10--and they refused to even talk with management about refunding the $40 difference! So, for example, if my mother was an elderly woman who just trusted that the pharmacy had gotten her prescription correct BECAUSE THERE WAS NO PHARMACIST THERE TO CONSULT WITH MY MOTHER, the elderly woman could and probably would have easily blinded herself by putting ear drops in her eye(s). What's the point in having a consultation booth to talk with a pharmacist if the pharmacist doesn't even consult with the patient/customer? I understand not really needing to consult with a pharmacist when it is a routine refill of a medication, but this was a drop solution that my mother had not taken before and should have been consulted with about. Not only did this happen with my mother, the same thing has happened to me with another medicine and they also refused to refund me the difference on my medication even though it was their own screw-up. The staff is not hospitable or helpful AT ALL and always seems annoyed when we ask questions about certain things. And don't get me started on the eye rolls we receive when we present a GoodRx discount card to lower the cost of our medications. If the staff hates doing their jobs that much, what are they still even doing there? Do better, Walgreens of Jasper. I'm glad I have changed pharmacies and have convinced my mother to do so also. We will NEVER give this Walgreens our business again, especially not the pharmacy.

The pharmacy is slow and they sometimes make mild mistakes, but I understand they're likely new employees. The store part is friendly and quickly gets me in and out. Always someone up front.
