I have been trying to get an issue resolved at another branch in another town for two weeks. Walked into Jasper branch, was immediately sent to Katie Jones. Within 30 seconds she knew the problem and resolution. Highly recommend Katie! She’s a problem solver!

I really appreciate the bankers and tellers at the Jasper branch! I’ve banked here for a long time and every interaction has been positive. They are always friendly and explain things very clearly.

I've been trying to get a wells Fargo debit card for 6 months I still have not received it I liked it much better when you could just get one at the bank this is crazy. Why did they stop
