I've been trying to get a wells Fargo debit card for 6 months I still have not received it I liked it much better when you could just get one at the bank this is crazy. Why did they stop

Terrible business, have no enough tellers and on the phone they take an eternity to solve a situation with customers, today the day is over and they didn’t resolve a situation that could have been prevented if they did their work correctly in the first place, two days they have left me without my car even though I paid what I owe them real early this morning, they deal with cheap companies that don’t care for people.

What a experience. So helpful in setting up multiple accounts. Information on wealth management and investing. Can't say enough of how helpful the branch manager and his support team has been to myself and my family.. always smiling always great attitude and willingness to not only help but educate me. I literally travel all over this country.. never had such a wonderful banking experience as Wells Fargo Bank in Jasper Alabama

Will not answer. Me nor contact me back, l have been with them 10+ years and am fixing to change banks. I have direct deposit and over $10,000 in savings. Since the new manager took over it is not recommended at all they or she will not return my request. I with drew nearly all my savings already. Not very happy or satisfied with Jasper Alabama new manager!!! New manager is not friendly at all!!!

Have tried 4 times now to open an account here. Mr. BANKS IS VERY RUDE! He has no idea what he is doing. We wanted to open an account, i guess we will take our money elseware!

very rude and asking unnecessary questions.. never going there again for anything.Thankfully BBVA was MUCH more helpful.I wouldn’t recommend coming to the one Jasper for anything.

Nothing but issues. Didn't use to be this bad, but the past year or so has been an absolute clown show. I am rating this based off of WF as a whole and not our local branch, as 99% of my customer service has come from outside of our local branch. They LOVE overdraft fees. Doesn't matter if you have overdraft protection. Doesn't matter if you have a savings account to transfer money over. Doesn't matter if you deposited cash in the ATM. They will still slap you with an overdraft fee and then argue with you like you're stupid. Currently looking for another bank because today was the straw that broke the camels back. -$160 from a credit card payment (THE MONEY WAS THERE WHEN I MADE IT) and yet another overdraft fee that they told me I wouldn't get again if I signed up for overdraft rewind and set up a savings account. Did all that. Still got the good ole screw job. Just another example of the rich only giving a flying rats behind about the rich and not us small business owners or minimum wage workers.
