“We discovered a wheel bearing had gone out on our trailer late in the afternoon while stopped at a local rest area. No one would tow it anywhere but it was suggested that I call Frank. Even though he isn't a mobile mechanic he readily agreed to come out and replace the hub assembly the next morning. So the next morning he showed up with a whole new hub assembly and had it installed in no time. He was great to deal with and his charge was very reasonable. He certainly saved our day and I'd give him 6 stars if I could.”
“I tagged along with my stepdad to pick up a check from here after my Avalon was sold. In the 15-20 mins we spent there, it was clear to us that Billy has a wealth of knowledge about vehicles.The two of them got to talking & Billy told us how to read the TIN on a tire instead of only assessing the tread. He also gave his contact info to help my stepdad source parts for HIS father's classic Pontiac. Overall great service and communication for such a quick visit.- Also, we got some directions beforehand that were a bit confusing, but there were multiple "Billy's Toyota Parts" signs on the road to guide us.- This place is at the end of County Road 202, past Graham's Automotive, in a tan building.”

From the moment we pulled in the parking lot, Beaver Mathews took care of us like next door neighbors. His team of experts diagnosed our problem quickly. We replaced the alternator while they charged our battery inside. The entire team was kind and made sure we had everything we needed. We are grateful for everyone at the store.”

They had the exact alternator we needed in stock, which was such a relief since we were far from home.
