“I’ve used Denver at CKW twice now for two separate vehicles. Both diesels… first a 7.3 Powerstroke, and now a 6.7 Cummins.
With the 7.3, I couldn’t pinpoint an exact problem. Truck was a no start case. He throughly checked every circuit he could and did all he could to look for the issue. After troubleshooting everything he could think, I suggested replacing the Injector Drive Module. At that point, more so as a diagnostic. He was glad to give it a try. And that ended up being the fix. He spent a LOT of time and effort looking at the truck. But charged me not much more than the part itself cost. *BEYOND FAIR on pricing*
Recently, my 6.7 Cummins had a turbo code. Before jumping straight to replacing the turbo, I read that it would most likely be an actuator issue. So, I reached out to Denver and asked if I brought him the truck and the part if he wound be willing to install it for me. Beyond willing to. Dropped it off one evening, and it was ready to go only a couple days later. Again, *BEYOND FAIR pricing*!!
I will continue to use CKW. It is a small business with only the owner and a shop hand or two. So don’t expect things to be done same day. However his work is QUALITY. He takes his time for good reasons. Easy to deal with and doesn’t give you the run around like bigger shops do. All around great guy, and a great business. Very knowledgeable.”

“What an amazing experience I had at Johnny’s truck and Auto. Being from SW Florida, I didn’t know anybody in the area as I was passing through Canton, Alabama. My 2017 Ford F250 decided to throw a fuel pump, and the locals all recommended Johnnys. Needless to say the good Lord helped a bad situation &!turned it into a blessing in disguise. I drove to Johnny’s the next morning and was able to limp my truck in from the guardian mode as I was pulling a 15,000 pound boat behind me that I was delivering to Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri. If I wouldn’t have broke down 2 exits before Johnnys I would’ve never probably gotten the truck fixed that very next morning. They squeezed me in after telling them my story, and from 8 AM till 11:30 AM….They not only put in a brand new replacement fuel pump, which was an upgraded conversion from Ford CP4, they had the pump in stock. I couldn’t have been happier. They also put in filters for me, put in some tail lights that I needed, and check my fluids and topped off my fluids. I had to buy lunch for the entire crew, and Justin the technician who did my work was absolutely amazing along with Tyler and the rest of the crew who kept me up to speed during the duration of the process. I even got to watch happy Gilmore 2 on Netflix that they had playing that they even restarted for me as I was waiting. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was as a business owner to have felt so at home away from home, and I highly, highly, recommend this amazing crew of gentlemen who helped out a stranger in need coming through their beautiful town of Canton. Truly blessed to have been taken care of by people with Good old, southern hospitality”

Danny, the fellow at Calera discount Tires, found a replacement for a good price and put on my spare tire. He had my replacement tire mounded and ready to go when we came back from lunch. Fast and friendly service that did not break the bank!”
“Had a wheel bearing problem on the highway 11 hours from home. Other mechanics in town said they can get to me in about a week. Kenny said about 1 1/2 hours and told me to go buy the bearing at nearby Oriellys. His mechanic got to it sooner than expected, just changed it on the parking lot with the bays full in 45 minutes. Super. Took the time to get us back on the road. We had an enjoyable visit with him as we waited too. Thanks Kenny and mechanic. Forgot his name.”
