The place was nice and all, main takeaway was that I'm a Pokemon card enthusiast and when I bought packs from there and opened them up, I instantly knew they were fakes...just a suggestion for the owners, just make sure you buy pkm packs from a trusted source

Seemed a bit awkward place. The one station had a cover over a gas pump and then went to use window cleaner, and it was only half on the handle.

Older gas station, but appeared clean. The cashier was very nice and helpful.

This particular Shell gas station is pretty convenient to Interstate 65 and a decent enough place to stop in and fill up your vehicle.It is an older style gas station and not too big, but once upon a time, gas stations were not the huge monoliths that they have morphed into. All in all, this gas station served its purpose.

Shell gas station and mini mart in Jemison, Alabama my family and I stopped in for gas and snacks while headed back home to Lousiville from Panama City beach. Gas was about 30 cents cheaper than some of the places we passed leaving Florida and they had a solid snack and drink choice. Restrooms were in solid shape. Not the cleanest but not the worst you willFind in small town gas stations. Workers seemed friendly and were cleaning up the store while we were there. So it appears they try and upkeep the store. Overall a pretty standard shell gas station. Serves the purpose we needed it to.

Gas pumps don't take the rewards number. Couldn't get apple pay to work. Employee was friendly enough, but couldn't be bothered to help with the air pump which shut off after three tires. Last time I will go to this Shell station.

FIRST ALL . I walk in to ask them that we are gonna pump the gas first to see how much we need to fill up and then i would pay difference if it was over what we had on the gas giftcard . The man behind the counter wouldnt even let me explain kept interupting me and said BEFORE WE EVEN PUMPED GAS “ Giftcards hardly ever work do you have another way of paying if it doesnt work “ so i said it will work bc theres $25 dollars on there . So i go to pump the gas and it took $24.81

FIRST ALL . I walk in to ask them that we are gonna pump the gas first to see how much we need to fill up and then i would pay difference if it was over what we had on the gas giftcard . The man behind the counter wouldnt even let me explain kept interupting me and said BEFORE WE EVEN PUMPED GAS “ Giftcards hardly ever work do you have another way of paying if it doesnt work “ so i said it will work bc theres $25 dollars on there . So i go to pump the gas and it took $24.81 to fill up . So i didnt need to use anything but the giftcard . So i go in to pay for the gas .. NOPE IT DECLINES . “ mam you need to go get $24.81 because there is no money on giftcard AND I SAID THERE WAS so i go and get my debit card and hand the gc to my sister to call and check if the money is on the gc while i went to pay. I swipe my debit card and it says DECLINED . Which i knew was wrong so he said let me see it and runs it on his register AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW IT WORKS . So i go out to the car and she says there is money on it and i went back , so i go back in the shell station MAD AS FIRE and tell him i want him to credit my card back and let me use the shell card “ No im not doing that , no telling how long it will take to get it and then you say i didnt do it sorry not going to do it .” Was his response . My point of my rant is all they want to do is get peoples credit card numbers . It charged TWICE THE GAS ON MY DEBIT CARD . So i have to go to wells fargo Tommorow and handle it and then im calling Bbb . They are crooks and if IF THEY KNOW GIFTCARDS DONT WORK THEY SHOULDNT FREAKING SELL THEM AND LET YOU TRY . They have lost my business and anyone i know .

Customer service has definitely gone away. I always stop at the Shell station at the Jemison exit to get drinks and snacks when I come to Clanton EVERY friday. Today I was in need of air in my tire. I pull up deposit my 1.50 in scraped up change and attempt to fill my tire. It Powers on but will not pump air. I go inside and the lady at the counter tells me oh yeah it stopped working yesterday note not one sign on machine that says out of order. I ask for my money back and she says we can not do refunds call number on machine. Call number no answer just tells you to file claim on website.
