There is a tech named Isaac M. Richardson that is using you're company name and saying he is associated with you. Not sure if he is employed with you. He accepted a job on and set a time he would arrive on site. Never showed up and would never answer his phone or respond to messages. He finally responded on Saturday and replied that he would be on site that afternoon. SURPRISE! Never showed up and again would not reply to phone calls or messages. What an absolute poor excuse for a company.
