Dalton was incredibly helpful and helped me fix my car problem. Car wouldn’t start, didn’t know why due to not knowing much about cars. Dalton gladly offered to take a look and quickly diagnosed the problem correctly (dead battery). The whole time he was happy to help and didn’t make me feel guilty for asking for help
10/10 A+ leadership and customer service will recommend people come here for their car needs

Came in and purchased a new starter for my Toyota Camry after speaking on the phone with the young man who answered my questions about availability and price. I was disappointed with the fact that I was given incorrect info over the phone regarding the core fee and what the total price would be. I still purchased it as I had no other option close by and needed my car repair done that day. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Went in yesterday to get rear shocks they said they did not have them we will have to get them from Nashville it will be here around 1:30 tomorrow I said that's fine. Went to get my part the next day and it apparently did not get ordered I could here the lady I delt with in the back. All I said was I delt with you yesterday and she got ugly with me over it. I will never step foot in that store again. Very poor
