Stopped in a few weeks ago on a work trip and it was a pleasant stop. The wonderful lady ( I believe her name was Shirley) helped us with ideas of things to do while we were in town. We drove through a few days ago and I was in shock at how disrespectful the gentleman was. He was very rude and snappy with us. We have more work trips coming and definitely won’t be going there again.

I stopped at this gas station recently and was really disappointed by the rude behavior of the staff. Instead of being helpful, they were dismissive and acted like I was bothering them just by asking a simple question. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. I won’t be returning, and I suggest others take their business elsewhere if they value respectful treatment.

I am new to the area. I stopped here to get gas and snacks. Manager Al and the other employee working need to have a lesson in customer service. The place is very unorganized. I will not be back.

While being in Alabama visiting family, we stopped at this gas station. We were greeted by this sweet woman, Shirley, I believe was her name. She was so helpful with directions and recommendations, truly left an impact on us. It was like speaking to someone you have known for years. After standing and talking to her for far too long, we told her we would definitely be back to see her! We stopped in again a few days later and were told that she had been let go and they were incredibly rude during this visit. I would say a mistake was made letting her go and if the employees there now are the ones who replaced her, I’m sure more reviews will be made about them. Customer service is still necessary and Mrs Shirley, if you happen to see this, just know we did come back to see you and missed that sweet smile!

I went in the store to pay for my gas bc the pump wasn't working. The attendant & five other people in the store were without masks. The attendant said the owner left the decision up to her. 4000 people died yesterday and our local hospitals are full. Nice work.
