This used to be my go-to place to get a haircut, but it has gone way downhill. The lady today didn't even clean off her chair or clippers before I walked in. There were clumps of hair on the seat and clippers. I asked for a fade on the sides, and she couldn't even do that, I got left with something that looks like an undercut. She trimmed one sideburn too far that she cut my beard, and on the other side, she didn't even touch my sideburn. I wanted a longer trim in the back and cut my entire back of the head at like a 1. I even showed her pictures as reference, and I was left looking nothing like the pictures, as if what I said held no weight to her work. She also didn't even try to cover me with the apron because my entire back was full of hair.

Have a haircut from her but it’s well worth the wait!
Requested style: I’m picky and like my hair short and comfortable! Most stylist don’t know this and assume! So I must tell them?

I use to love this place! It's never open,even though the website says it is. They never answer the phone, sometimes I get a disconnect message.

Me and my husband have been going here for a few years. We always had an awesome experience with each visit. But.... In the last month or so, it's impossible to even catch the place open or if they're open, no one will answer the phone. I've always loved it here bc they know how to tame my hair and it's so convenient to home but I'm afraid if the business keeps going like this, they won't be open very much longer. It's a shame. We are now scrambling to find another place to have our hair cut..
