My experience was really straight forward. I called the number, there was a prompt answer, an exchange of information takes place and they picked up my car and delivered to the destination location.No fuss, just business. The whole process too 20 minutes out of my morning. That's a win for me.Thanks.

Cox Towing in Killen, AL have been one of the best towing services in Lauderdale Co. AL. I have used Cox services throughout the years because they respond to calls quickly and will call you back and let you know when they pick up your vehicle.

Picked up my vehicle the same day it broke down on the side of the road, the guy that helped me when i picked it up was really nice and respectful, I can't really say the same about the woman over the phone. I was told one price over the phone then charged another price on pick up but what can you say when they hold the rights to your vehicle.
