This place is the perfect example of terrible customer service. I’ve been going to this place for over two years now, a couple times there was an issue but, it was always resolved so I kept giving them my business. Today, I get trapped inside the car wash, freezing temps outside and ALL emergency exits are LOCKED! Finally, I lift the entry door to try and escape and find the emergency # to call ( instead of wasting 911’s time). When you call that number, the owner will berate you and hang up the phone. The owner will also call you back after hanging up and berate you again. Will also send a representative out to insult and make fun of you! Paid $20 to have my car’s finish (was wanting to get the road salt washed off) messed up, treated like garbage and, even accused me of “breaking their door” while trapped inside of their business while the emergency exits were locked!!!Services: Car waxing

I love this car wash! It's close by where I live, has text notifications to let customers know if they have to close for any reason, prices are great, free vacuuming, & optional air freshener and carpet shampooing!
