I would like to say a special thank you to Miss Shadia! ? we ended up needing to rent more than one unit she made the transaction seamlessly with no hiccup, and we were able to get moved in ASAP! The prices are very reasonable for the size unit and with a three month move-in special you cannot go wrong!

Not quite sure why my wife and I still rent a storage unit from here. Probably because we're too lazy to move it all but they change the password EVERY month and in the last year and a half the amount of time I spend outside the storage unit trying to call someone and get a hold of them is insane. This is the most incompetent management I've ever seen. They recently just fell under new management and they are just as dumb as the last.

I have had a unit here since April and now we’re maybe a month into the change from purser storage to Killen Self Storage and will be moving to a different storage facility this coming week. These people are next to impossible to get in touch with. Very very VERY dissatisfied customer.

This is an update to my last review. The company did return my funds and they did hire extra help. What a difference. Always answers my texts and are very helpful with questions. I’ve now rented one space there and I am going to get another. Amazing what having good customer service will do.
