Sunday 10/12 we had packages delivered and everything was shoved in the mailbox with the door open and one package on the ground...today 10/13 our package was delivered 6 minutes away to another home on a totally different County road....luckily the home owner drove our package to us. What's going on..do you have new people? This is getting ridiculous.

Contrary to others' experience with this post office, my interaction with them was excellent. I had a package that seems to have been mistakenly sent to Killen (I live in Huntsville). I called and contacted the Killen post office (and actually got in touch with a real person!!), and they took care of it immediately, sending it right back to Huntsville.

On February 28, 2025 I shipped a package to Germany like I do every year. It never arrived and tracking states it’s headed back to me. I paid $100 to ship. I’m very frustrated with this post office.

To add to the complaints I have experienced with this postal service is unimaginable. Rude, unaccountable. Go months without receiving parcel packages simply because they are to arrogant to delivery them. Excuse after Excuse. Finally file a complaint to be argued with all the things I have somehow done wrong and then hung up on. I have lived in multiple states and never had the first issue. This is absurd.

Package has been sitting at the same hub since the original sender dropped it off. (4th day it’s been like that) they’re just lazy.

If it were possible to give this post office and it’s sad excuse for postal workers zero stars I would. I don’t even live here, but to hear the stories from my mom is absolutely ridiculous. With the upcoming busy season, my mom will be having her packages sent to my house in TN to make sure they aren’t damaged or left on the ground in the rain.

If you need any type of assistance, you will not receive that here. In fact, you will receive nothing but rudeness from the woman working in the front. She should not be working with the public. I would not even give her 1 star.

My mailbox is jammed because obviously the 3 packages that came in yesterday were delivered to my mailbox instead of my doorstep!!! I can’t get my mailbox open at all. I live in an apartment complex and we have a mailbox with a key!!! Also we’ve gotten other things delivered that shouldn’t have been bent up and they were and I’ve never ever complained about that ever!!! I am furious right now. I know one of y’all’s carriers who would have taken them to my porch but I haven’t seen her in awhile. So whoever is delivering mail right now was too lazy to drive over to my apartment and bring the packages and I live downstairs!!!

I have bought multiple expensive things via USPS, and the amount of negligence is astounding. I ordered a $900 cell phone, and instead of leaving it in my mailbox, or on my property, they gave my phone to my neighbors without notifying me or asking me. Thank God my neighbors were wonderful enough to do the right thing and give me my package, but what if they weren't as nice or open? The only reason I knew my neighbors received the package is because they told me. In no way was I told by the USPS that the package was given to my neighbors. Might I also add, it wasn't my next door neighbors they gave it to. They gave my package to my neighbor that lives 3 blocks away. Make it make sense.

Our mail carrier, Caroline, is top-notch. We have so missed her since she has been on light duty due to medical issues. Seems no one can quite fill her shoes. She always went above and beyond to help us and make sure our mail was delivered and picked up promptly.

I am so FURIOUS about this. It was a certificate from school and it's damaged! CLEARLY says DO NOT BEND in BOLD letters and this is not the first time. Diplomas, state licenses, multiple documents have been damaged from their carelessness.
