Great post office. They were open for me to mail my income taxes. Morris was closed on tax day, which was a shock. The staff was so friendly and upbeat. I really enjoyed using them. Thank you Kimberly post office.

Idk what’s the problem here at this location but i dropped off a parcel to be shipped package was accepted however their has not been any movement for 2 weeks! This is absolutely unacceptable. First & last time going to this location.

Most of the time my packages go to the wrong house! I saw I had a package delivered but it was not in my mailbox or on porch so I looked and it was at a totally different house. It’s ridiculous!!! In my area ppl are always getting packages stolen.

We are consistently not receiving our mail. I currently have a package that, on the tracking information, says it was not delivered yesterday due to not having access to delivery location. My front porch & mailbox are plenty accessible an are not obstructed in any way

I love this post office. Never any lines and the staff is great.

I would give zero stars if I could. MULTIPLE times says a package was delivered and it was not. Mail always going to the wrong neighbor. Filed MANY complaints. This last package of mine they stated was delivered that was not, had to do with my dogs ashes. WORSE postal service I have ever encountered...
