Driver almost hit me and was driving reckless. Then continued to break traffic laws while not even responding to the wreck ahead. What a terrible example of what a professional tow truck driver should be.

I call to see if they would pick up my vehicle after broke down. The guy was very rude and refused to pick my vehicle up because he said it was not enough money for his time so I do not recommend anybody using this towing service. The guy running it is a joke. So if you want good service call affordable towing company.they are great people and they are very reasonable on their price and will help you out in any way.

A lot of misc items and valuable items missing from vehicle after they towed it back to their yard. Not sure I'd recommend. Personal items should have been intact in vehicle. Only recovered registration and some small items, nothing of value which draws suspicion of this place.

On Sunday, I made an appointment for them to pick up my vehicle up Monday at 08:00. They didn't show. Called twice; they didn't answer.

Not sure if you just have one truck or several and it could have been an employee, but I had one of your trucks fly up behind me and my family doing about 30 over the speed limit, then pass us haphazardly and honk at us. You could have killed me and my family, slow down and act right.

Dean’s towed my truck and I can’t complain about what I had to pay to get it back because it could’ve been a lot worse. I will say that there should be a cap on how much wrecker services can charge someone like most towns have a cap on how much they can charge to get a vehicle out of impound. The thing I didn’t like about deans is they stole a knife and my good Carhart coveralls out of my truck. It’s bad enough how much a person has to pay them and then find out they stole from you too. I’m thinking that’s just low down and sorry. It’s ok though ol boy needed those things worse than I did.Service: Car towing

This company exceeded my expectations today as my work truck was marred up in mud. They were courteous and prompt and EXTREMELY professional. I have used other tow companies in the past but this was far and above the best experience. I would HIGHLY recommend them because they are GREAT at what they do and you can tell they care about customer service.

They are not honest, looked at vehicle and was told they checked it out mechanically and it was good. When looking at the vehicle radiator cap wouldn't come off and the vehicle was critically low on coolant. Also found an oil leak with the same vehicle.

They are fair in their pricing if you need your car towed, and do it quickly. Also, they are careful not to damage anything. I reccomend this service!
