This place is a absolute ripoff. They get you hooked and start raising the rent 60 to 90 days after you move in, knowing you cant just move your items again. I had 5 units there and currently have three, of which two are climate controlled. The rent on the climate controlled just went to $335 a month, for one 10X20 unit. It says on their website that the rent on these size units are less than a third of that.
They also do not prorate your rent. If you move out in the middle of the month, they keep all your money and rent it immediately to someone else.
