So I had an emergency and required a storage unit on a sunday I was able to call and set it up. The call center made a slight mistake with my lease agreement. I went into the office, and Jeremy and Justin both immediately jumped on the opportunity to help me resolve my slight inconvenience. They were both extremely professional and courteous. I was honestly amazed by the speed of the correction, the apologies for the mistake, and the professionalism of the representatives.

My husband and I are relocating and David did an exceptional job helping us find the right fit for us. We were coming in late and he was very helpful and accommodating so that we were able to transition easily without hassle. David provided the best customer service I have ever had. He went above and beyond and we are so pleased. Istorage has a great employee that they should be thankful for we sure are. Very pleased!!!!!!
