We had trouble with our truck on the way to Gulf Shores…We had to pull off in the Welcome Center rest area. We waited for 2.5 hours for an Auto Zone to open. We explained our situation & they DROVE THE PART TO US!!! They went above & beyond to help us!! We can’t thank them enough for their kindness & customer service they gave us!! Thank you guys SO MUCH!!

Went in today to get a diagnostic test on my vehicle. Grayson was amazing with helping us find out exactly what is wrong with our car! He was very thorough with getting our parts ordered to be here tomorrow! Customer service is everything! Thank u so much Greyson!

Placed a pick up order for 2 oil filters. Waited 2 hours with no update, attempted to call the store to cancel the order and no one answered. Spent another hour on the phone with 800-autozone before I received a refund. Advance fulfilled my order within 30 minutes, and it was cheaper.
